How long does shipping take within the United States?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We process all orders from our warehouse within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your return policy for food items?

To ensure food safety, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items or opened spices. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the near future.

Are your products organic or non-GMO?
