At The Mediterranean Dish Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
